How does Après analyze my food? +
Take a photo of your meal or search for a food by name. Après identifies the ingredients and checks them against a database of digestive compounds — like lactose, fructans, GOS, and polyols — to estimate how likely they are to cause gas or bloating.
What data does Après collect? +
Après stores the meals you log and your check-in responses. Photos are processed to identify foods and are not stored permanently. We do not collect your email address or personal contact information. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account? +
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email support@tryapres.com to request account deletion.

Is Après a medical app? +
