Refund policy

Updated October 8, 2026. These revised guarantee terms apply to orders placed on or after October 9, 2026. Earlier orders remain covered by the policy in effect when they were placed.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Trying Après for the first time? If it isn't right for you, email hello@tryapres.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and tell us what didn't work.

Our guarantee covers one tin from your first order, limited to one claim per customer. We'll refund the amount you paid for that tin after discounts, plus any standard shipping charge paid on the order. Additional tins and subsequent orders, including subscription renewals, aren't covered by this guarantee.

If you chose express or expedited shipping, we'll refund only the equivalent standard shipping charge that would have applied to your order. The upgrade cost is nonrefundable. If standard shipping would have been free, no shipping charge will be refunded.

How it works

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. If we ask you to return the tin, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

This guarantee does not limit your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products, or other rights required by applicable law.

Damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement, no return needed.

Subscriptions

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@tryapres.com, with no commitments and no cancellation fees. Changes apply to your next order; orders already processed follow the guarantee above.

International returns

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies worldwide, subject to the first-order, one-tin and standard-shipping limits above. If we ask you to return the tin under this guarantee, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

EU & UK customers

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
