Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to feel the difference. If Après isn't right for you, email us at hello@tryapres.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full, no hoops.

How it works

Just reach out with your order number and tell us what didn't work. We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If we ask you to send anything back, we'll cover the return shipping (it's on us).

Damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement, no return needed.

Subscriptions

Skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@tryapres.com, with no commitments and no cancellation fees. Changes apply to your next order; orders already processed follow the guarantee above.

International returns

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies worldwide. For international orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

EU & UK customers

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

Pre-orders

Since we're in pre-order, you can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
